All purchases made through this website or by telephone through customer service are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
In all bookings, the person making the booking is deemed to have accepted these conditions on behalf of the guest(s) named in the booking.
No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall have any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of the company.
After payment is released and booking is secured, all guests are 100% compliant with the following Terms and Conditions Policy.
If you have any concerns or disputes with these Terms and Conditions prior to booking, guests are requested to contact the company before confirming the booking.
All services are created and provided by OVERSEAS charter boat sas. Elements of your services may be provided by third parties under a contract with OVERSEAS charter boat sas

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide all exact and necessary details at the time of booking.
Please note that we require forty-eight (48) business hours to process reservations.


OVERSEAS charter boat sas is able to accept the following payment methods: Euros in cash on the day of the service or by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) and via strip before the scheduled service, as per our payment methods. Your credit card will be charged in Euro currency. If you prefer to book via bank transfer, please get in touch with us via email or WhatsApp.


Cancellations made by customers must be requested in writing via email and the cancellation date will be calculated based on Italian solar time.
Cancellations more than 30 days before the arrival date: full refund
Cancellations between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
Cancellations between 14 days and the tour date: the full amount will be charged.
In case of no-show: the full amount will be charged.
In case of adverse weather conditions and if it is not possible to change the tour date: a full refund will be provided.
